Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed and fulfilled by our printing and shipping partner Printful.
Production usually takes 2–7 business days after you place your order.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times depend on your location:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • USA / Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimates — delays can occur due to customs, public holidays, or carrier issues beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the type of products ordered.
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email (when available).
If you don’t receive your tracking number within a few days after shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@opposit.online.

5. Customs and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes.
These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.
We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

6. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before confirming your order.
If the address is incorrect and the package is returned to our fulfillment partner, we may charge a reshipping fee.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order seems to be delayed or lost, contact us as soon as possible at info@opposit.online, and we’ll help investigate the issue with Printful and the carrier.
