1. Made-to-Order Products
All products available at OPPOSIT are made to order and produced by our printing partner Printful once a purchase is completed.
Because each item is custom-printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges if the customer simply changes their mind, orders the wrong size, or dislikes the product.

2. Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, we’ll gladly replace or refund it.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos showing the issue.

We will forward the issue to Printful for review and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
3. Lost Packages or Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please check your shipping confirmation email for tracking details first.
If it still appears lost, contact us at:

We’ll investigate the matter with Printful and the shipping carrier.
4. Incorrect Address Provided
Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we cannot issue a refund.
Reshipping may be possible at the customer’s expense.

5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are approved only for:

Damaged, misprinted, or defective items;

Lost shipments verified by the carrier;

Orders canceled before production starts (rare, but possible if you contact us immediately).
Refunds are not available for:

Buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection;

Packages returned due to wrong or incomplete addresses;

Delays caused by postal or customs services.

6. Refund Processing Time
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
